She was predeceased by: her father Robert Grossmann. She is survived by: her husband Alan Forst of New Ulm; her mother Joleen Grossmann (Hauer) of New Ulm; and her stepchildren, Bridgett Hansen (Josh) of Breckenridge and Ryan Forst of New Ulm.
The family prefers memorials to NUMC Foundation, Oak Hills Living Center, Brown County Humane Society and St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
