It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert F. Rahe of New Ulm, Minnesota, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Rahe and Viola Rahe (Deitering); his parents-in-law, Charles and Alvida Scholtes; his daughter-in-law Betsy Rahe (Bernhard); his siblings, Carol Popp, Patty Weydert and Gerald "Jiggs" Rahe; and his brother-in-law Dennis Scholtes.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Scholtes of New Ulm, MN; his children, Steve Rahe (Barb Schroeder) of Lone Rock, Tim Rahe (Lora) of New Ulm, MN, Brian Rahe (Judy) of New Ulm, MN, Randy Rahe (Laura) of Bluffton, SC, Jeff Rahe (Donna) of Bancroft and Michelle Wood (Randy) of Burt; his brother Larry Rahe (Darlene) of Bancroft; and his siblings-in-law, Barb Rahe of Bancroft, Lynn Scholtes of Rockford, MN, Dennis Popp of Montgomery, MN and Duane Weydert of Bode. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
