He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Busch and Catherine Busch (Kolodzej); his son Paul Busch; and his siblings-in-law, David Schrimpf and Alice Busch.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Busch of New Ulm; his sons, Greg Busch (Julie) of Big Lake, Mark Busch (Paula) of North Branch and William Busch (Regi) of Spokane, Washington; his grandchildren, Jordan Scully, Ryan Busch, Jake, Kale, Ryker Busch, Bryce Bloom, Justus Busch, Audrey and Bryce Busch; his great grandchildren, Charli, Carson Scully, Isabella Thompson, Sloane and Richard Busch; his brother Frank Busch; and his sister-in-law Jan Schrimpf. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
