He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alfred and Mamie Hamann (Kamm); his aunts and uncles, Donald (Irene Schauman), Clarence (Rosie Hamann), William (Delores Hamann), Sheridan (Rose Young), Oscar (Ann Schaefer) and Joe (Clara Kraus); and his parents, Alfred Sperl and Marie Sperl (Hamann).
He is survived by: his sister Kathy Sperl of New Ulm.
