He was predeceased by: his wife Vreela Yvonne Muller; his parents, Gottfred Nelson and Alice Nelson (Peterson); his parents-in-law, Otis and Mildred Muller; his brother Einar; and his sisters-in-law, Marlys Nelson, Mavis Woods (Marion) and Sharon Hulke (Ronald).
He is survived by: his children, Brian, Kevin (Judy) and Kari Gleisner (Paul); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Arrigo (August) of Chicago, Jenna Gleisner (John Bork) of Brighton, MI and Jorey Gleisner of New Ulm; his great grandchildren, Alivia and Alexandra Arrigo; his brother Thorild Nelson (Ardith); and his sister-in-law Connie Hatch (Mike).
