She was predeceased by: her husband William Palmer; her granddaughter Marcy LaRay Blackstad; her siblings, Beatrice Jordan (Bob), Tess Keckeisen (Bill), Walter Biebl, Richard Biebl (Evelyn), Lavern Biebl (Mabel) and Herbert Biebl (Ella); and her parents, Henry Biebl and Mamie Biebl (Walser).
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Blackstad (Craig) of Hanska, Michael Palmer (Peg) of Eagan, Paul Palmer (Connie) of Chaska, Thomas Palmer (Lisa) of Springfield, Kevin Palmer (Kari) of Delano and Gary Palmer (Denise) of New Ulm; and her grandchildren, Matt Palmer (Jess), Angela Baumel (Vince), Scott Palmer (Maria), Melissa Zygarlicke (Kyle), Kelly Motto (JC), Daniel Palmer (Ashley), Sadie Rice (Matt), Amanda Randolph (Ryan), Josh Palmer, Andrea Palmer, Sam Palmer, Claire Palmer (Garrett), Ross Frederickson, Katy Frederickson (Seth), Megan Cotner (Shane) and Britta Palmer. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
