She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Dewey Compton; and her parents, Albert Glade and Matie Glade (Riebesel). She is survived by: her husband Ernest Schauland of New Ulm; and her children, Judith Compton of Colorado Spring, CO, Kerry Schauland (Stephanie) of Woodland Park, CO, Steven Schauland (Jennifer) of Nevis, Kenneth Schauland (Marlene) of Lewiston and Vicki Kiecker (Bruce) of Gibbon. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials to Missions, The Lutheran Hour, Redeemer Lutheran Church in New Ulm, or Concordia Lutheran Church in Redwing.
