She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Hames; her sister Nancy Hinshelwood; and her parents, Patrick Meaney and Alison Meaney (Guthrie). She is survived by: her daughter Alison; her son-in-law Scott Deters; her grandchildren, Rachael Faulds (Derrick), Abby and Miranda Deters; her great grandchild Tatum Faulds; her son Jamie; her daughter-in-law Toni; her grandchildren, Caden, Ashton and Mya; her son Colin; her daughter-in-law Mary; her grandchildren, Katie, Megan and Michael; and her sister Maria Rosen.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Homes – North Chapel (218 N Broadway St, New Ulm, MN 56073). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (417 S Minnesota St, New Ulm, MN 56073).
