She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Holm (Julie) and Craig Holm; her grandchildren, Jeff Holm (Brittany), Jacob Holm, Jeremy Holm (Autumn), Jackson Holm and Jeannie Holm; her great grandchildren, Katrina, Isabella and Noah Holm; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Hoffman and Mary Ellen Bridgeman.
