He is survived by: his wife Marla Royer of New Ulm; and his children, Roxy Iverson (Mitch) of Spearfish, Eileen Clapp of Spearfish, Lance Royer of New Ulm and Ryan Royer of St. Peter. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
