It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Dittrich (New Ulm, Minnesota), born in Loretto, Minnesota, who passed away on July 20, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Ginkel (John), Mary Henle (Kevin), Tom "Smokey" Dittrich of New Ulm, Carol Wendland of New Ulm, Bill Dittrich (Laura) of New Ulm and Steve "Kirky" Dittrich (Corrine) of New Ulm; her friend Stanley "Blazer" Dittrich; her parents, Andrew Hippert and Augusta Hippert; her sister Lillian Bode; and her spouse Stanley Dittrich. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 3 great - great grandchildren; She was preceded in death by her beloved husband.
