He is survived by: his wife Kathy Huhn; his children, Jason Christie (Murphy) of Houston, TX, Jessica Dorman of Virginia, MN, Becky Murphy of Ely, MN and Suzanne Murphy of Indianapolis, IN; his stepchild Kelly Hanson (Paul) of Zionsville, IN; his grandchildren, Madeline, Jacob, Alex, Isabelle, Eliana and Stella; and his siblings, Richard Murphy (Bev) of Kissimmee, FL, Tim Murphy of Fergus Falls and Sherill Murphy of Babbitt, MN..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church (201 N State St, New Ulm, MN 56073). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery (201 N State St, New Ulm, MN 56073).
