It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph K. Forst of New Ulm, Minnesota, who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Roberta Forst; and his parents, Joseph G. Forst and Gertrude Forst (Fischer). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Patty Burdick (Jim) of Bemidji, Alan Forst and Ron Forst (Penny) of St. George; his grandchildren, Kristy Cariveau (Nate), Jennifer Burdick, Cody Forst (Morgan), Seth Forst (Dani Christensen) and Shelby Gelbmann (Nate); his great grandchildren, Evelyn Cariveau, Clark Cariveau and Archer Gelbmann; and his sister LaVonne Ebert (Wally) of New Ulm. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Church of St. George, New Ulm Area Catholic Schools or the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity.
