We bid farewell to John P. Kissner (New Ulm, Minnesota), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 19, 2025 at the age of 89. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russian and Anna Kissner (Gerling). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lange; his children, Colleen Mallinson (Charlie), Steve Kissner (Mary) and Jennifer Mielke (Mike); and his grandchildren, Kyle Mallinson, Logan and Madalyn Mielke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity (605 N State St, New Ulm, MN 56073). A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery.
