He was predeceased by: his brother Robert; and his parents, Jay Mowan and Mary Mowan (Vosen). He is survived by: his children, Jon Mowan of New Ulm, Kim (Jaime) of Tampa, Lea Mowan of Minneapolis and Tracy Beckman (Craig) of New Ulm; his grandchildren, Brittany and Nicholas; his great grandchild Reagan; his brother Richard Mowan (Dody) of Motley; and his former wife Ruth Bartl of Mary's Catholic Church. He is also survived by his friends and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
