He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Rory Vesel; his brother-in-law Ross Aune; and his parents, John Sr. Kretsch and Dolores Kretsch (Green). He is survived by: his wife Mary "Jeanne" Kretsch (Bushard) of New Ulm; his children, Peter (Deborah) of Oklahoma City, OK, Kevin (Beth) of New Ulm, Bob (Jean) of Manitowoc, WI, Steve (Alissa) of New Um and Cathy Schneider (Scott) of Rochester, MN; his siblings, James (Karen) of New Ulm, Joan Aune (late Ross Aune) of Casper, WY and Jan Franta (Floyd Nagler) of Prior Lake, MN; and his former wife Mary Jean Bushard. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the donor's choice.
