He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Mike Martinka (Jill), Joan Martinka (John Tritz), Doug Martinka (Rhonda) and Jennifer Martinka (Howard Hed); his son-in-law David Dorland; his grandchildren, Ryan, Amy, Joey, Jesse, Nick, Bryan, Noah, Jacob, Zach and Jana; and his brother Robert Martinka (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
