He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hotovec and Eleanor Hotovec; and his brother Daniel Hotovec. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Michael Hotovec, Melissa (Hotovec), Marrujo (Jose), Monica (Hotovec) and Mages (Ed); his grandchildren, William, Andrew, Anthony, McKenna, Brennen and Luke; and his siblings, Gary Hotovec, Pat Slagter, Dale Hotovec and Nancy Gorres.
