She was predeceased by: her sons, David and Jeffry Fischer; her siblings, Eldora Dallmann (Leonhard) and Gordon Thom (Dolores); her siblings-in-law, Lorraine Geisthardt (Arno), Esther Wiechmann (Wayne), Marion Berntdson, Valeria Weindorf, Duane Shult and Edgar Poehler; her parents, Otto Thom and Agnes Thom (Bode); and her husband Harold E. Fischer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Micheel (John) and Sheila Lein (David); her daughter-in-law Diane Hofferbert (Jim); her sisters, Fern Shult and Helen Poehler; and her brother-in-law Luther Weindorf. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, MVL or Donor's Choice.
