He was predeceased by: his wife Evangeline Veit; his brother Leo Veit; and his parents, Ernest Veit and Clara Veit (Schardt). He is survived by: his children, Brenda Braun of New Ulm, Barbara Johnson (Kendall) of New Ulm, Michael Veit (Sheri) of Phoenix, Harvey Veit Jr. (Tiny) of New Ulm and Robert Veit of Rosemount. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
