She was predeceased by: her husband Delbert Fischer, Sr.; her brother Leo F. Schugel; her siblings-in-law, Pat Fischer, Harold Brandel, Luverne Fischer and Lois Fischer; her granddaughter Erin Fischer; her nephew Larry Brandel; and her parents, Leo Schugel and Elizabeth Schugel (Arnoldi).
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon; her son-in-law Marvin Stueber of New Ulm; her sons, Delbert Jr. (Adelle Fischer), Ricky (Mary Fischer), Mark (Denise Fischer), Brian (Donna Fischer), Dean (Joyce Fischer) and Kevin Fischer of New Ulm; her sister Marlys Brandel of New Ulm; her sisters-in-law, Martha Schugel of New Ulm and Grace Fischer of New Ulm; and her daughter Geraldine. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren with 2 more on the way; 1 great great grandchild.
All guests in attendance are required to wear masks and follow current social distancing guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, New Ulm Area Catholic School, Oak Hills, or donor's choice.
