The memory of Evelyn Ann Domeier of New Ulm, Minnesota, who passed away on February 5, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Guggisberg and Priska Guggisberg (Klossner); her husband Kurt Domeier; her granddaughters, Brea Nagengast and Jenna Langer Vancura; and her siblings, Walter, Elmer, Linus Guggisberg, Lois Berg and Shirley Braulick.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Tucker of St. Paul, Mary Nagengast (Ray) of Buffalo, Cate Macho (Tim) of New Ulm, Lisa Langer (Brad Altmann) of New Ulm, Joe Domeier of Mankato and Tony Domeier (Laurie); her grandchildren, Charlie Tucker, Emily Tucker, Amy Spude (Greg), Ryan Nagengast (Brenda), Liza Kukla (Patrick), Abby Lindmeier (Eric), Andrew Macho, Jack Langer (Shelby), Andrea Uckert (Pat) and Kurt Domeier; her great grandchildren, Caden, Addison, Zoey, Ella, Malcolm, Eleanor, Will and Josie; her siblings, Charles Guggisberg (Carol) of New Ulm, Kathleen Helget (Dennis) of Sleepy Eye and Jerry Guggisberg (Suzy) of New Ulm; and her siblings-in-law, Dick Domeier of New Ulm and Lois Guggisberg of New Ulm.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity (605 N State St, New Ulm, MN 56073).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to MRCI, CAST, Oak Hills Care Center, or New Ulm Area Catholic Schools.
