Doris Catherine Wieland Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Catherine Wieland of New Ulm, Minnesota, who passed away on April 7, 2022 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doris Catherine Wieland to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Neil Wieland; her siblings, Deloris Helget (Theodore), Marion Fischer (Erv) and Theodore Portner (Shirley); and her parents, Theodore Portner and Elenor Portner (Waibel).
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Sudheimer (Todd) of Hutchinson, Myron Wieland (Sue) of New Ulm and Rodney Wieland (Jen) of Hutchinson; and her brother Kenneth Portner (Lavone) of New Ulm. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
Jody donated her time working at MRCI, LSS, and also volunteering with the local 4H Club.
