He was predeceased by: his daughter Dianne Steinbach-Janni; his siblings, Margaret Richter, Delores Sellner and Raymond Steinbach; and his parents, Albert Steinbach and Louise Steinbach (Vogel).
He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Ackerman (Steve Spofford) of Akeley, Susanne Steinbach (Scott Silker) of Woodbury, Joanne Steinbach of New Ulm and Dan Steinbach (Teresa) of St. Michael. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
