She was predeceased by: her siblings, Marian Breitbarth (Waldemar) of Dorothy Altenburg and Mervin Altenburg (Esther) of Victor Altenburg; and her nephew Dale Altenburg. She is survived by: her spouse Melvin Menk; and her child Delila. She is also survived by her husband; parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Paul's Lutheran School Improvement Fund.
