He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Otto and Hedwig Marti Seifert; his wife Jane Frances Sullivan of Springfield; and his siblings, Joseph, Otto Jr., Richard, Muriel, Marie Reichel and Dorothy Savchuck.
He is survived by: his uncle Arthur Seifert; his niece Colleen; and his children, Ellen Vancura (Jay), John (Karen), Mary Mackmiller (Mark), Jim (Jan) and Roberta Klar (Steve). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested for the Divine Providence Employee Endowment Fund.
