She was predeceased by: her former husband LeRoy Weiss; her husband Emmanuel "Mac" Read; her daughter Barbara Jean; and her brother-in-law Bob Kaloupek. She is survived by: her children, Stanley Weiss (Crystal) of Ladora, Paulette Claypool (Pete Bazyen) of Deep River, Brian Weiss (Teresa) of Deep River and Rodney Weiss (Julie) of Brooklyn; her stepchildren, Cindy Ruchotzke (Dan) of Rochester, MN, Audrey Dahl (Larrie) and Ron Read of Maquoketa; her siblings, Marrina Kaloupek of Grinnell, Patrica Fullhart (Cliff) of West Chicago, IL and Glenn Maas (Rose) of Osage Beach, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Heitshusen of Luzerne and Eldon Weiss of Williamsburg. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Lutheran Interparish School in Williamsburg, Lutheran Hour or Lutheran Indian Ministries.
