With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Waibel of New Ulm, Minnesota, who passed away on January 31, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Tom (Sunday Waibel); and his parents, Charles A. Waibel and Mary Waibel (Stadick). He is survived by: his wife Rita Waibel of New Ulm; his children, Angela Zebell of Blaine, Mark Waibel (Cori) of Aurora, CO, Randal Waibel (Karen) of Strassburg, CO, David Waibel (Amy) of New Ulm, James Waibel (Tammy) of New Ulm and Peter Waibel of Alliance, NE; and his siblings, Elizabeth Patrin of Hoffman, MN, Leo Waibel (Ruth) of New Ulm and John Waibel (Marlys) of New Ulm. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
