She is survived by: her husband Rollie DuChene of New Ulm; her children, Kaitlin Carlson (Brett) of Minnetonka and Aaron DuChene (Alyssa) of New Ulm; her grandson Griffin; her parents, Rollie Forstner and Arlis Forstner (Helget) of New Ulm; and her siblings, Carol Case (Lee) of Sleepy Eye, Jane Forstner of North Mankato, Paula Forstner of Esko, Kelly Forstner of New Ulm, Lee Forstner (Cathy) of New Ulm and Alan Forstner (Jewel) of New Ulm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the School Sisters of Notre Dame, Central Pacific Province and New Ulm Area Catholic Schools.
