She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene "Gene" Schmid; and her siblings, Elsie Krause, Malinda Wendland, Leona Wendland, Evelyn Hellickson, Alfred Weber, Lawrence Weber, Edwin Weber, Raymond Weber, Lester Weber, Orville Weber and Marvin Weber.
She is survived by: her child Nita.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Paul's Lutheran School Improvement Fund.
