She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick "Fritz" Adams and Geraldine Adams (Wiggins); her husband Ron Ries; her son Jason Ries; her granddaughter Grace Vorwerk; her great grandchild Liam Forst; and her siblings-in-law, Maury Ries, Bobby Grussendorf, Earl Johnson, David Ries, Clara Ries and Karen Ries.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Forst (Glenn) of Gibbon and Jenny Vorwerk (Chris) of New Ulm; her grandchildren, Megan Polgreen (Ben), Ben Forst (Val), Molly Helget (Jacob), Brody Forst, Elissa Ries, Alex Vorwerk, Allyson Vorwerk and Ajax Vorwerk; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Marshall Polgreen, Sean, Connor, Nolan Forst, Noah and Joanna Helget; her sisters, Patty Adams (Dennis Hallaway) of Eagle Lake and Cathy Adams of New Ulm; and her sisters-in-law, LaVonne Grussendorf of New Ulm, Sharon Johnson of Fairmont and Mardell Stueber (Larry) of New Ulm. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
