We bid farewell to Audrey Helen Watchke of New Ulm, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 4, 2024 at the age of 90. Audrey Helen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Janice Watchke, Betty Broste and Gary Watchke; her brother-in-law Jerome Broste; her niece Gayle Foote; her nephew-in-law John Foote; her close friend Raymond Freeberg; and her parents, Walter Watchke and Elsie Watchke (Mielke).
She is survived by: her siblings, Marilyn Watchke and Howard Watchke (Alice); and her sister-in-law Martha Watchke. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Ulm South Chapel (600 S Broadway St, New Ulm, MN 56073). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery (201 N State St, New Ulm, MN 56073).
Memorials preferred to St. Paul's Elementary school, MVL, or MLC.
