He is survived by: his siblings, Patty Filzen (Mike), Robert "Rob" Fischer of New Ulm and Gary Fischer (Sarah) of New Ulm; and his nieces and nephews, Samantha Filzen (Eric Ludwig), Kya Fischer, Kira Knutson (Steve), Travis Filzen (Mawrgyn Roper), Joshua Bohnen-Fischer (Heidi) and Micah Haler.
