He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Bankester and Hasseltine Bankester (Duck); and his wife Alice. He is survived by: his children, Philip, Anita Reagan (Jim) of Apple Valley, MN, David Bankester (Jane) of Puyallup, WA and Phil Bankester (Dorene) of Carbondale, IL.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
