It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marjorie D. Peterson in New Richland, Minnesota, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Jensen and Jane Jensen (Brynildson); her husband Gordon Olaf Peterson; and her siblings, James, Jon Jensen and Jeanne Kniefel.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly; her son-in-law Ronald Kath of Waseca; her grandchildren, Andrew, Jessica Kath of Waseca, Amanda and Tony Sommer of Ellendale; her great grandchildren, Maddie Seberson, Aydan, Mya Kath, Brenna, Brooklyn and Jacob Sommer; her sister Beth Hammel of Owatonna; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Jensen of Rochester and Chris Jensen of Clear Lake, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the family has chosen to have a celebration of life this Spring.
