We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2024, at the age of 88, Elmer Emil Schmidthuber (New Richland, Minnesota), born in New Prague, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Schmidthuber and Marie Schmidthuber (Schulz); his brother Harvey Schmidthuber; his son Michael Schmidthuber; his grandson John Fauver; and his great grandchild Peyton Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; and his stepchildren, Deb Clark, Kathy Fauver (Doug), Ken Jackson (Mary), Beth Jackson, Lynn Coldren (David), Sue Swanson (Scott), Kris Forster (Bob Bauer) and Matt (Mai).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Elmer's memory to the New Richland Care Center 312 1st St NE, New Richland, MN 56072, or the Waseca Food Bank, 113 2nd Ave NW, Waseca, MN 56093.
