He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Evenson; his children, Jayne Jessen (George), Julie Peterson (Tom Collins) and Mark (Sara); his grandchildren, Christopher Jessen (Shannon), Claire McDevitt (Ty), Morgan Parriott and Griffin Parriott; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Jordan, Jett Jessen and Mila McDevitt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

“On Aug 28, 1954, Earl was a grooms man at my wedding to Charles Patz. Charles passed away in 1969. Earl called me. To express his condolences. Chuck and Earl spent time in the army together. When our son was three years old we took a trip to Richland to see Earl and his parents. Kevin, our son died from the covid In March of 2020. I recently moved to Minnesota to be near my daughter.
