He is survived by: his brothers, Wayne Billing (Jean) and Bruce Billing of New Richland; his sister-in-law Barbara Smith of Buffalo, MN; his nieces and nephews, Michelle (Joe), Nicole, Tricia (Elizabeth), Keith (Taylor) and Brian (Kelsey); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Calmie, Bentley, Walker and Addison.
