He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Krause and Mildred Krause (Abbe); his parents-in-law, David and Fern Ratigan; his brother-in-law David Mueller; and his nephew Tim Ratigan.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Krause Quiram (Dion) of Mankato, Nathan Krause (Jennifer) of Cottage Grove and Meghan Krause (Brownell Mack) of Minneapolis; his grandchildren, Spencer, Ella, Evan and Lauren; his siblings, Linda Armstrong, Roger Krause, Carol Mueller, Kathryn Bean and Joann Krause; his brother-in-law Bob Ratigan; and also Karen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials are preferred to I Am ALS, Trinity Lutheran Church, or the NRHEG Alumni Association Scholarship.
