She was predeceased by: her parents, John Olson and Helma Olson (Sibilrud); her husband Donald L. Smith; and her son-in-law Aloysius Towle. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Towle (Ted Thisius) of New Richland, Michele Moxon (Jeff) of New Richland, Ann Hagen (Randy) of New Richland, Jayne Busho (Waylen) of Ellendale and Alison Hagen (Kurt) of New Richland; her grandchildren, Amanda Rovnak (Paul), Emily Anderson (Nate), Ethan Hagen (Angel Van Anhalt), Brody Busho (Kellsie) and Logan Busho (Jackie Froman); her great grandchildren, Paul, Nora Rovnak, Brooks, Beckett Anderson and Waylen Busho; and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Smith of Owatonna and Jackie Olson of Blooming Prairie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and relatives.
