We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2022, at the age of 94, Sonia Funk of New Prague, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Hovey and Signe B. Hovey (Peterson); her husband Raymond A. Funk; and her siblings, William Hovey, Mary Simmons and Sidney Van Korsel.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Odenthal (Gary) of New Prague; her grandchildren, Jessica Hammerberg (Eric), Jacob Odenthal (Connie) and Jenna Heimer (Bradley); and her great grandchildren, Evan, Charlotte, Connor, Ellarie, William, Joseph, Miles, Elise, Irene and Margaret.
