Richard J. Von Bank Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard J. Von Bank of New Prague, Minnesota, who passed away on October 27, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alois Bank and Agnes Von Bank (Scheffler); his wife Marcy Von Bank; his children, Bruce Von Bank (Jan), Brenda Stocker, Bridget Kubes (Mark), Brian Von Bank (Jean) and Todd Von Bank (Becky); his siblings, Duane Von Bank and Rose Ann Menden (Ed); his sister-in-law Kathi Von Bank; and his nephew Jesse Von Bank. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Ballard-Sunder Funeral & Cremation (104 1st St W, Jordan, MN 55352). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (313 2nd St E, Jordan, MN 55352).
