She was predeceased by: her husband Harry; and her siblings, Edward Vlasak, Francis Vlasak, George Vlasak, Adeline Krocak, Irene Vinella and Christina Tuma.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Jirak (Jean) of Mankato and Lynn Landmark (Chris) of New Prague; her sister Lucille Interkoffer of Seattle; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Vlasak of Montgomery. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
