She was predeceased by: her parents, Vladimir Jelinek and Marie Jelinek (Snopova); her former husband Emil Flicek; her son Tom; and her siblings, Val Jelinek and Bela Juna.
She is survived by: her husband Archie Kocina; her children, Jane Sasinek, John, Emil Jr., Ann Kroyer (Jeff) and Jerry (Marie); her sister Margie Rentmeester; and her stepchildren, Ron Kocina (Kathy), Ken Kocina (Donna), John Kocina (Julie), Tim Kocina, Jean Zimanske (Doug) and Julie Deneffe (Michael). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, 17 step-grandchildren; 26 step-great-grandchildren.
