She was predeceased by: her parents, John Flicek and Bessie Flicek (Trcka); her husband Joe; her siblings, Lorraine Adamek and Elmer A. Flicek; and her stepfather George Trcka.
She is survived by: her former husband Joseph J. Havlicek; her daughter Linda Havlicek (Bill Hall) of New Prague; and her sisters, Georgina Barta of New Prague, Evelyn Bartusek of Webster, Betty Ann Ziskovsky (Joe) of Lonsdale and Donna Dols (Ron) of New Prague.
