He was predeceased by: his daughter Deborah Eischens; his son-in-law Tom Minnick; and his siblings, Harold Eischens, Genevieve Eilen and Bernieva Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Verna of St. Benedict; his children, Wendy Scheffler (Pete) of Granite Falls, Gail Eischens-Minnick of St. Benedict, Stuart Eischens of Belle Plaine, Amy Gillen (Mark) of Savage, Penny Eischens of Savage and Scott Eischens (Alicia) of St. Benedict; his grandchildren, Kate, Angie, Maggie Scheffler, Taylor, Cole Minnick, Michael, Steven, Lindsey Gillen, Allie, Nolan, Lexi and Adam Eischens; and his siblings, Myron Eischens (Ann), Gordon Eischens (Margie), Marion Grosz, Aurea Zweber (Albert), Arlene Dagnault, Alda Cosgrove (Don) and Karen Feldten.
