We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2023, at the age of 82, Julius Bisek of New Prague, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius T. Bisek and Albina Bisek (Kriha); and his siblings, Julia Bisek, Angie Ruehling and Jerome.

He is survived by: his sisters, Alice Janousek (Bill) of Jordan and Juanita Hartman of Hampton, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Though it was many years past, it seems only days since I did observe kindred spirits, Julius and Jerome, as they strolled highways and byways of New Prague, seemingly lost in simple and heartfelt conversation; discussing the latest comic books on Remes' stand, or the newest movie in town, or a certain new car on the corner lot. Or maybe, just maybe, at times they transcended these environs and walked their spirits along the Vitava in the olden city of Prague. Bless the simple affect on me.”
