She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Holicky and Elizabeth Holicky (Smisek); her husband George G. Kubes of Mary's Catholic Church; her son-in-law John Jay Cauley; and her sister Helen O'Malley (Elzear).

She is survived by: her children, Adeline Cauley of Belle Plaine and Jerry Kubes of Montgomery; her grandchildren, Laura Westphal (Craig) of New Prague, Scott Kubes (Monica) of Belle Plaine and Curtis Cauley (Ashley) of Belle Plaine; and her great grandchildren, Sarah, Mary Westphal, Marissa, Sam Kubes, Watson and Emilyn Cauley.
