As Helen departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Helen may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Helen leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Giesen and Marcella Giesen (Hinderscheid); and her husband Richard. She is survived by: her son Brian (Cathy) of Rosemount; her grandchildren, Tyler and Kara; and her siblings, Verna Eischens (Leonard) of Belle Plaine and James Giesen (Lois) of Union Hill.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bruzek Funeral Home (610 Main St E, New Prague, MN 56071). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (20087 Hub Dr, New Prague, MN 56071).
