He is survived by: his partner Odell Gosewich of New Prague; his son Anthony Malterud of Lakeville; his grandchildren, Stacy Nelson (Tim) of Owatonna, Corey Wagner (Leah) of Mankato and Nathan Wagner of Owatonna; his brother Mark Malterud (Colleen) of Eagan; and also, Brandon Nelson, Sydney, Tanner Nelson (Chelsea), Logan Nelson, McKenna, Brody, John, Oliver, Kinsley and Waylon.
